Reservation Policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations:
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

From December 22 2017 to January 2, 2018 and March 26 to April 01, 2018 the minimum stay is 6 nights

Cancellation:

In high season (December 22 to January 2 and March 26 to April 01 2018) any change or cancellation must be requested with a minimum of 2 weeks before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival date, do not generate charges.

If the change or cancellation is not made in the aforementioned time and manner, the charge for the amount of one night for each room will be made to the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed.

No arrival, (No show):

For stays longer than one night, if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the "No Show" charge will be applied only for the first night of the room reserved for the credit card with which the reservation was guaranteed. The rest of the stay will be canceled automatically.

Minors:
Children up to 11 years old are considered, children from 12 years old will be charged as adults.
2 Children under 11 years old can share the room with 2 adults free of charge.

Pets:
Pets are not accepted

Others:

Rooms with ocean views are subject to availability.

(Not applicable in Jrs. Suites and Superior Deluxe.)

Schedule:

The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m.

The departure (check out) is at 12:00 pm.
